Refund policy

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products once they have been delivered.

However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing issue, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request assistance.

To report an issue, please email us at support@mufasitogifts.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • A brief explanation of the issue

After reviewing and confirming the issue, we will provide a full refund or a replacement if applicable.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products

  • Perishable goods


Refunds

If your refund request is approved due to a defective or damaged item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
